SMART Board Revolution

A Revolution in Education

We are looking for teachers to take part in a Smart Board Notebook lesson exchange that will be housed online at www.box.net (Online File Holding Site). This will allow teachers to have access to many different Smart Board Notebook Lessons from any computer at any time. It will be as simple as clicking to download a Smart Board lesson that someone else has taken the time to create. This is not just aimed towards Primary or Intermediate or Secondary, but for everyone...

There are two ways that you can get involved with this venture....
1. Go to www.box.net and create a FREE Account by Signing Up for the Basic Choice (Allows for 1 GB of information to be housed online) and then simply upload your created lessons into a specified folder. Then just advertise your new Folder URL for others to borrow from you.

2. Email me back and let me know you are interested in housing some of your files in the folder I have already set up under my account.

Just thought after hearing many teachers in other districts talking about how they share their lessons in a similar way, it may just work here also.

If you want to take a look at what this looks like, I have downloaded some Notebook Files into a folder at: http://www.box.net/shared/ccbnrsx7ef#SmartNoteBook

Thanks for taking the time,

Bill

Have you heard about Laura Candler's Yahoo group called "Smart Teaching?" I joined a while back and there are a slew of teachers, newbies and vets, who are looking for a way to share ideas about Smart Board lessons, resources, etc. I've posted twice about Smart Board Revolution, in particular, Obe Hostetter and you. If you're interested in getting in touch with them or want me to do so again, let me know.

Thanks for the information. I signed up and added a file. I'm still new to creating my own smartboard lessons/activities. I uploaded a vowel sort I created for Halloween. Maybe you can use it next year. I believe this may be the link http://www.box.net/files#0:f:20911721
