Smart Notebook - Print Capture - Word Docs - Image Clarity
We are using Smart Notebook Version X with Windows XP. When we capture a Word Document using the Print Capture feature, the image is imported into the notebook as scripted, but the clarity of the image is severely compromised. Is there a work flow that would improve the image clarity? Thanks for any help you might be able to offer!

i have dealt with this issue since I got the smartboard. Is it a vista issue? I can't print pdf documents without getting the xpsconverter has stopped working error! Very, Very, frustrated!!

As per what I have read on the net, the clarity is compromised. I do not have this feature and am unable to install it in NB 10 and Vista.
