Notebook 10.7 --Missing Color Palette Choices
Today I was helping the art teacher do an art project with my students inside of Notebook. I went to show the students that once they were inside the properties tab and they selected the item they wanted to fill with color, they could go beyond the palette choices on the tab by clicking on "more". However, when I clicked on "more" there was only the crayon box popping up. I used to have 4 choices inside the "more" button--RGB color wheel, RGB sliders, crayon box and a landscape choice.
Fortunately my student laptops have not updated to Notebook 10.7, so they still have the 4 color choices under "More".
Is there any way for me to get that back?

Hmmm...that's odd. I tried updating my software to get to Notebook 10.7.154.0 (the exact same version you have), in order to try to replicate the issue, and my software checker told me that everything was up to date. I am running Mac 10.6.6 and Notebook 10.7.150.0, but all the expanded colour options are still there.
Maybe this was a glitch with the newest version so they rolled it back to 10.7.150.0?
