Ink Aware in Power Point

Does anybody know why Ink Aware doesn't work within powerpoint. I can't get the things that I write within powerpoint to embed themselves into my powerpoint slide.

Please help!!!!!!!!!

I have several problems with Powerpoint and SmartBoard. If you're using a Macintosh computer, almost all of them can be solved by the solution from Obe Hostetter from this post: http://smartboardrevolution.ning.com/group/smartmacusers?commentId=...

 

Basically what you do is to rename Aware in the SMART Product Drivers folder > Additional Tools folder so it doesn't load at startup. If you want to check to see if this will fix the problem before you rename it, quit Powerpoint, open up Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder and force quit the Aware process. Then restart Powerpoint and see if ink works properly.

honestly don't know if this will do it--but worth a try:

click on the blue SmartBoard icon and click on control panel
on the left side panel click on configure smart tools then Ink aware program settings
make sure there is a check mark for powerpoint in enable ink aware hit ok
