using elmo TT-02s with smartboard

I could really use some help!  I have the Elmo TT-02s and a new smartboard.  I would like to operate the Elmo through the smartboard and it doesn't work.  I have gone to:

 

Insert picture from scanner, Elmo Twain DS (VHO),  scan...and the message I get is:

 

Image Mate or Elmo Twain is already launched.  It won't allow me to go any further.  Can you assist?  I would sure appreciate it!

North Tier Online course for recertification and/or Grad Credit

Perk up Science with SMART games by Peep!
