Obe Hostetter said… - Here is a fix for flash that has worked for me. If the flash doesn't work in the SMARTBoard Notebook gallery, delete the flashplayer plugin from the user-Library-Internet Plug-Ins folder (macintosh HD-Library-Internet Plug-Ins folder is another option if Flash is not working for any user). Reinstall Flash, restart and the SMARTBoard Notebook gallery should work now.
To fix Flash, you may also want to trash the Flash preferences for that user and the computer. They would be found in the user-Library-Preferences-Macromedia. I would delete that whole macromedia folder. Then reinstall flash if that doesn't work. The Smarttech preferences for that user may also need to be trashed too under user-library-preferences-com.smarttech.com
