Wanting to connect and educate herself on SMART products. School has recently recieved a grant and purchased SMART boards, SMART response systems, as well as SMART doc cameras and Slates.....will be offering training for teachers and have to get a ton of materials together as well as learn how to operate them! :) Looking to see what others are doing..

We are a mac school, but a student teacher is trying to use the SMART Exchange and when he downloaded a file we couldn't find it. We searched for it, we even tried saving it to the desktop--but to no avail! Has this happened to anyone? and how can we fix it?
