It sounds to me like ink-aware isnt working at all in this case.
When you draw on the screen, is it inside a Red Border with an X and Camera in the upper right hand side? If so - ink aware isnt working at all.

That happened to us. The files were on a network drive. When I copied them to the desktop and ran them from there, they were fine. Are your files on a network?

What we have found is that if Orientation is a constent issue, the board is most likely was mounted in front of something metal check behind your board and see what is behind it...

We can't seem to figure out why Ink Aware isn't working correctly with Word or other products.

Harvey begins by sharing is thoughts on the Living Sasquatch website. This website allows you to incorporate your webcam to bring a living Sasquatch onto your SMART Board. Jim's website recommendation is Oswego City School's interactive games which include some great Halloween themed Math games. Jim and Harvey also share some creepy Halloween Notebook files including Jim's Halloween Safety House.
