Check to make sure the VGA Cable is connected securely at each end. Hope that is the fix... not sure if that is not the case."

Yellow Hue from Projector
Hi, everyone,There is a teacher in my building that has days with no trouble, then all of a sudden her projector no longer shows white, but rather a yellowish hue on every smart document she works on. It also turns yellow on websites, so I assume it's a projector thing (?). It will last for a few days, then back to white. Has anyone ever had this happen? (We have the Epson 83+ projectors). Your pen tray sounds like it's defective. We've had that recently too with a large number of newer boards. SMART told me they had a bad batch of pen trays and are replacing them at no charge. One thing we did to verify was to swap…"

Hi, folks,Our building recently added 25 SmartBoards and you wouldn't believe the trouble the new users are having with the software. I'm not sure if this is software related, but one of the new users all of a sudden lost power to her black stylus pen. I've tried everything I can think of- I've unplugged the tray and blown in the location to make sure there is no dust. Any ideas for how to get her black pen to work?See More
