For some bizarre reason, I cannot open any notebook files saved on my PC. This has just started and I am not sure what it new. I just updated my software; I guess it could be related. Any ideas? Thanks.See More

I am using XP and have noticed that when I choose full screen a properties window appears off to the right side of the screen. It is easy enough to close out, but is an extra step. Any ideas why this occurs?

It's not letting me post on taht discussion thread. Anyway its the Windows Tablet PC drivers (most likely) that are interfering.

Has a command line command that can be run from an elevated prompt:
"C:\Program Files\SMART Technologies\SMART Board Drivers\PNP Drivers\DriverInstaller.exe" -u " c:\Program Files\SMART Technologies\SMART Board Drivers\PNP Drivers\"
that will fix the issue for you
