Hi Bill, I hate to say it but you might need to contact them in a quick email: http://www.soundboard.com/contact.aspx I think it depends on the author who uploaded the sample. Most (if not all) samples should be free for non-commercial use. But ...

Hi There, It sounds to me like a software service problem or a connect problem. The first thing I would check is on the bottom right of the SMART Board there should be an LED light. Solid green is good, blinking green means the software isn't run...

Hello Everyone, Attached is a small gallery item I wrote up that can be quite handy. Please note that this is a Lloyd release and its in a fairly early stage. It came about after creating a quick item for someone's content regarding 3D Prisms. A...

Just my two cents, and I am biased but. I use an AirLiner every single day. Its more relaxed and comfortable and gives you the freedom to be as far away from all the technology as possible - and still be able to use it. They take some getting us...

Hmm crazy as this sounds but it should be running between 4.75v and 5.25v and the load should be 100mA up to 500mA. The only way to really check would be a USB Power Monitor (if such a thing exists) or an old USB cable with a volt meter. I wonder...

Oh, Its tryin gto send an email to: featurerequest@smarttech.com from your Outlook Profile. Currently its suggesting that your Outlook Profile isn't created or unavailable. Anyway, just send a direct email to that location. Hint: featurereques...

The best work-aroudn I can recommend is to alter your view settings. Select View > Zoom > Entire Page This will cause your page to always show the full page with the extend page option no longer on the screen. If you want to 'stretch' your page ...

Hello, I believe that option stays in the HK_Current_User location in the Windows Registry (which they should have full access to). But you might want to select a different view and re-save the page. If that doesn't do it though it might be somet...

Hey Vince! There's an easy way and a hard-way (and I'll explain it in a bit more detail). Basically we work really closely with Apple who had advised us to create an entry in: Mac HD > Users > Shared > Library > Preferences > LoginWindow.plist o...
