"After you turn off Gatekeeper then I would reinstall the drivers in case Gatekeeper stopped part of the software from installing. Also, after installing the drivers, restart your computer.

I can not get a green light with my new Air. Do I need different drivers than for other Macs? I can get projection, etc. just fine - -just can not interact with the board.Thanks for the helpContinue

Ian Berg replied to Kathi's discussion SMARTBoard with MacBook Air"Since it is a new Apple MacBook Air, I'll assume it is running Apple Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion). SMART Board Service is probably blocked by your security settings from running at log in. Try these steps to change the Gatekeeper…"
