I am also having some troubles. I am trying to make a lesson on coordinate geometry and when I have a coordinate plane on the screen with more than one line drawn, Notebook will crash on me. Or if I move the lines, it crashes.

Try double-clicking on SMART Response-ResponseSoftwareService and SMART Response-ResponseHardwareService and see if you get the green lights on the usb receiver.
