I totally agree. I don't want to search every week to find the latest new lessons. i want to be able to have an RSS feed so I know when new Notebook files are added. This was an excellent feature in the old SMART Exchange.

That was my favorite feature of the old website also.

exactly! I have emailed SmartTech twice requesting the most recent lesson feature to be given back. That was the feature I used all the time! dee

SMART Exchange

SMART Technologies has updated their Teacher Exchange and they have done an excellent job. It is a lot easier to navigate, it is very user friendly, and the best part is the Preview Feature that allows you to preview the notebook lesson prior to downloading. Nice Job SMART Tech.

Harvey,
I attended your excellent presentation at the SMARTBoard Conference in Rockingham County, and have shared your lessons from your Harvey's Home Page with the teacher I work with for quite some time. I was wondering if you plan to post your conference presentation to the web? If you have already posted it---I can't seem to locate it. I found your NECC presentation, but I am particularly interested in your brief 4 element brain research supporting segment. I found the four segments, but I seem to remember a brief detail of each level that I can't seem to locate.----I should have taken better notes.
I appreciate any assistance you can give.
Thanks
Forrest

Hello again Harvey!
I am wondering if you might be able to send out your files on cd. I know you were busy with testing earlier in the year. The games look to go very well with our current series. Thanks again for your willingness to share.

Mr. Almarode,
I recently ran across your site and love the items that you have created. Somewhere... I have read that you have them all on a disk. Is there anyway that you could send them to our school for teacher use. We are currently purchasing more SMARTboards for grades 1-4 and it would be a great support to our teachers. I have used the smartboard for the past 5 yrs and have taken on the task of assisting in the tech training for new users. Our school is Fairfield North Elementary and the address is 6116 morris rd. hamilton, oh 45011
I will be happy to reimburse the cost of shipping upon the receipt of your cd. If you have an alternate method, I am also willing to do so in that manner. The website that hosts your lessons seems to be shutting down due to high activity. I suppose that is quite a compliment for you and your hard work. Thanks in advance for your willingness to respond to my request.

Thanks Harvey for helping spark interest in the 24 Math Challenge at Cub Run Elementary. Our four finalists are also involved in their final two weeks before the Destination Imagination competition at SHS. We will have to see how they juggle both exciting learning endeavors.

Hi Harvey- I've been touring thru Smart Board Revolution and came across you and your blog, I am finding so much great stuff (per George Carlin) to share with colleagues. I also wanted to share a terrific website I discovered two years ago that you might want to share with your students (if you don't have already.)

Let me know what you think. Karen Whinnem

Thank you so much for the welcome. I really needed it. I teach 3rd grade G/T. There are three other 3rd grade teachers. We share the planning. I got stuck with Writing and Word Study (lowest on the totem pole). Do you have a Writing counterpart or can you lead me to the road of mini lessons? Any help would be wonderful.

Thank you for the airliner suggestions. I will look into it more for next year. With the iPods, SmartBoard and Senteos I have my hands full right now.
Yes, we definitely live in "Deere" country. : )
