writing on the smartboard is off

I write on the smartboard and sometimes it's even upside down. It's not an orientation problem - it's O.K. to do other things as closing windows and so on. It's only the pens.

Hi Fanny,

We too are experiencing the loss of orientation using Smartboards as well. We are using Snowleopard with a new model MacBook. With the newer Macbooks we are seeing the most issues. We have also had Smart Software crash leaving our teachers frustrated, but hey Smart software has never really worked. I'll post if we find a solution.
