Adding students w excel

Is there something happening this year with SMART Response's new release?  I'm having teachers who have issues with uploading their student lists using excel.  We are using the same format as the past- ID#  last name first nameand it is coming up as error on load---  I even had them delete old teacher files and create a new one from scratch since I had issues with that this year and old files being 'corrupt' and not loading... Thoughts?See More

SMART Tables are interactive, fun to use and four people can use them at one time. However, the software is more difficult to learn than Notebook and there aren't a lot of activities available yet. Hopefully, the software will improve as well as the activities available as more SMART Tables enter schools.

Thanks for sharing your SMART Response handouts. They look easy to follow. I am an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher in Virginia. Let me know if there are other technologies you and I could collaborate or share resources on.
