It's great to see you on this network. Your expertise is invaluable. I asked Bari in NY for your email address after I saw you at the NYDC. I felt badly because I had mentioned perhaps having dinner and then had to run...family issue. Don't know if you were even available, but I wanted to apologize.

Thanks so much for sharing all your expertise on this network. I know a lot of people are thankful for you giving your time and energy to answering questions. I love the tip about the SMARTBoard sensitivity.

Thank you!! You were correct about the square grid! Tech support emailed me today and said " I want to find out if it is a problem with the projector keeping previous images in its memory or if it is a problem with the computers video card". So again thank you!

Lots actually!

Thank you for your video. Somehow I didn't realize I could export SMART as a picture. That tip alone has made a huge difference!

First, there is an image "burnt" into the table. It shows up when the activities transition from one question to the next or sometimes you can see it under the question. Have you ever heard of this happening? It was like that the very first time I turned on the table.

Second, I can't seem to get media files to work. I'm using the correct format but they still won't play. I tried removing the background image thinking maybe that was the problem and still nothing.

Third, In one activity I downloaded someone had created circles for labels in the the hotspots tab. So instead of words on the label the kids are matching colored circles. Do you know how to do this?

Hi,

I believe I saw a video of you working with the SMART Table on youtube. My school purchased one this school year and I have a few questions I can't seem to get help with. I have called SMART but it seems so new that the people taking the calls can't even help. Do you think the Table is something you could help me with?

My incident # is 718748. I've downloaded and redownloaded. I've uninstalled. I followed the directions on the page you gave me over the weekend. Yesterday I tried calling from school and had a helpful techie but he couldn't help because bridgit won't work at my school. I called from home last night. The first man I got said just redownload everything. SERIOUSLY!? I've done that countless times. Then a woman I got was helpful but what she said didn't work either. She said she would email me but I didn't get the email. While working with her on the phone I was able to see the LAT for a moment, then the program went into a not responding mode and I had to force quit it. Once I reopened it, the LAT was gone. I really need this to work. I have SMART training I need to complete for my district as well as I want to use the software correctly. Can you help? I'll try to check the board again later. My email is vasalloh@pcsb.org

Chris, Great to have you on to answer the Mac questions especially. You spoke to the E2T2 grant Lead Teachers in Springfield a couple of years ago. I think Ginny might have introduced us.

Welcome.
