Notebook Files

This may be unique to us, maybe others can clearify.Has anyone ever seen an issue where double dashes in a file name cause the program to just spin?  I have a teacher doing this and when he tries to open the file by double clicking it will not open.  If notebook is open first it will open.  Removing 1 dash will allow the file to open.  For Example: "Coffee - - Cups.notebook" versus "Coffee - Cups.notebook" Should this be submitted to Smart as a bug?See More

Notebook Printing - Crash

We have two users who are trying to print Notebook pages and it causes the program to crash.  Not only that, but it will cause all other programs (Word, Powerpoint...)to crash when printing.  I've tried this on my computer as a teacher user and I was able to replicate the issue.  I have a different printer as well.  I can login and it seems to work fine. Any suggestions on what I need to do? Version 10.7.144.0Windows XP ProSee More

Losing Connection

We have several users reporting that their board loses connection to the computer.  When this happens they have to unplug the USB cable and plug it back in.  These units were all installed within the past year.  Has anyone else had a similar issue?  We've replaced boards, the extender units, the controller board, pen trays.  My last thought would be a bad ethernet.  What are your thoughts?
