NB 11 SP1, SB680, and Windows 7 not playing nice?

We've been having some strange behavior from our SMART Board SB680 and NB 11 SP1 lately. It almost seems like the Board driver doesn't like Windows 7. I often have to tap the Board multiple times to get it to change display size. Also, at random, when executing any NB command, I get the dreaded spinning circle from Windows 7. We're using the latest SP, and it's not the Board, because it recognizes the tap or touch in other contexts. Anybody know anything?See More

"Hi Brandie, Thanks for posting. However, I'm not having trouble getting to Full Screen View. What I'm saying is that in FSV I want "Entire Page" to be my default view, as it was in NBX. I'll certainly follow your suggestion…"

"Full Screen View: In Notebook 10.8, when you went to Full Screen View, it automatically gave you full page view, which is logical. In Notebook 11, you must explicitly select full page view after you go to Full Screen View. Is there some parameter or…"
