Share 'Board installation help!'

I have been helping a friend at a different school than where I teach get aquainted with her board and the software.  When helping her, I noticed that, on certain parts of the board only, the calibration is waaaaay off when writing, touching, anything.  Is this an installation issue?  We have oriented the board numerous times and the same thing is still happening.  She mentioned that the teacher…
