Comment by Karen Brown on December 12, 2012 at 9:43am Are you talking about the keyboard that is just hiding towards the left side of the screen? If so, I haven't figured it out yet. It appears when you go to a new page, then disappears after a short time.
Has anyone found a fix for the SmartBoard Keyboard popping up on a Windows 7 computer?

I figured this one out a while back. Yes, the infinitely cloned object do appear, but only after you drop them. It is because as you are dragging the object, it isn't really there. Yes, you see the ghost image of the object while dragging it, but the page recorder doesn't "see" it because it is a ghost image. Then, when you drop it, it is there.
If you need to see it move, either make several copies and stack them, so they aren't actually being cloned, or drag it from the infinite cloner and drop it right away. Then drag it.

Comment by Brandie Boback on November 16, 2012 at 8:46am @Connie- I'm not sure if anyone has answered your question about changing your default font. Here's a video tutorial on that. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPAUmq158gY&feature=plcp

Comment by Joanne Villis on November 15, 2012 at 2:21pm I just tested the page recorder. I could use all the tools and drag images from the gallery. When I played the recording back they all appeared. However, I had the same problem as you with objects that are infinitely cloned, they do not show the step-bt-step process. I would like to suggest that it is an error with the software that SMART may need to fix. In the mean time, I would also like to suggest that you might like to infinitely clone an object, stack multiples on top of each other and then use the page recorder (shouldn't take very long and it will work).
Does the Page Recorder only work with the pen tools? We have tried it with infinitely cloned gallery items and with the text tool, but those will not show the step-by-step process, the entire answer shows up at the end of the recording. Any suggestions or other experiences?
Comment by Jennifer Harper on November 8, 2012 at 7:49pm I am running MAC OS 10.8 with Notebook 11 + service pack 1 and my Smart Response will not work at all. I get a solid red light on the reciever. Wondering if anyone is running Smart Response on a OS 10.8 with no issues? or if you had issues, what did it take to resolve the issue?
Comment by Kellen Harvey on October 29, 2012 at 11:21am I just installed Notebook 11 and I have heard both good and bad reviews. I'm going to give it a try. One thing I liked is being able to record sound. The problem I found is that in my old saved notebook pages there is no option for sound so it seems that I will have to redo them in order to be able to put the sound option in there. I am also having problems with the size of some of my old notebook pages. I am having to scroll down to get to some of the items I want my student to be able to click and drag to the top. Is there a trick to re-sizing the old pages?
