Hi All~

I installed Notebook 11 yesterday on a computer running Windows 7. The Floating Toolbar pens do not work outside of Notebook. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Some issues with Notebook 11:  when using the question pages from the gallery, you can't resize the anwser boxes for multiple choice.  I want to write a whole sentence... note just one word :(.  

It takes forever to open. even worse than notebook 10.

Things often don't respond to first click. 

Some great things:  recording your voice is now really easy!!!  woot woot!

Love the new tool bar - with properties integrated.

The beta version has been out since the winter months. We at Teq have had it for a while and signed an agreement not to reveal what it can do until SMART says so. We have crashed it, broke it, and rave about some of the newer elements of it. They have included some features and ease of use tools to make life abit easier in creating work and vary the types of student interactions. We agree that this new verision is a vast improvement on the previous version, yet the regales version is only available now to a select few. We will release some of the new add-on tools and widgets available...what works and what doesn't. Www.teq.com/resources

I'm excited about the Notebook 11, but I'm having some problems with it.  For some reason I have multiple copies of files in My content.  The delete on the drop down is grayed out and I'm unable to delect extra files.  I thought maybe when I downloaded the new Notebook 11 that the problem might be corrected but it wasn't.  Is there a way to delect the gallery entirely and reinstall or is there a way to correct errors in the gallery download so I don't lose extra gallery items I've added.  My gallery really needs cleaning up so I can locate things.

Second problem I'm having is with Notebook 11 pages flipping to new pages on their own ????  Don't know why but when I'm working on one page touching and moving images, I may suddenly find it has flipped to the next page.  Anyone else having this happen?

And what is soooo, awesome is the ability to record your voice directly onto an object. and use it within the new widgets, such as the built-in Activity builder. The new SMART Response has some really (finally) accessible consistent tagging due to Common Core and individual State Standards.

Kid in a candy shop! that is the best way to describe myself as I explored all the new stuff in Notebook 11!

My teachers will love the ability to customize the creative pen and also the ability to fade regular pen ink.

Can't wait to dig deeper and experiment today.

Has anyone figured out how to remove the little smart ink tab that now appears in all my software?  It's annoying... looked everywhere I could think of...
