Comment by VV on April 12, 2011 at 8:38am A teacher of ours sent us this question and I have never encountered this---do any of you have any idea how I can help her?
I have noticed that almost all of my Smartboard lessons I've created this year for the units I cover, have many missing or deleted pages. I don't know if these are the pages I took a snapshot of (various worksheets I have on Word) or if they are the ones I have cut and paste from Word into the Smartboard. I spent quite a bit of time building these units, and now when I open them, they are all missing over half of the pages... is this normal? Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Does "locking" the page prevent this? I spent my plans yesterday re-doing my narrative and ancient greece Smartboard lesson.
Any help you could give me would be great, b/c I don't want to spend all my time today fixing this if I am doing something wrong which will cause it to happen again.
Thanks so much for your time!
Anyone have any ideas?

Comment by Sharon DuBois on March 8, 2011 at 7:14am I am using an old iBook G4 while my macbook is being checked by our tech people. I have successfully installed the drivers and notebook software on the G4, but whenever I try to open a Notebook file, it opens and then immediately closes itself. Then the welcome screen appears. I am not getting an error message. This happens when I try to open existing files (of various sizes) or open a new file.
I have tried turning the computer off and back on. An update screen appeared, so I downloaded the update hoping it would help, but the same thing is still happening.
