A Revolution in Education
Hi,
I was hoping someone may be able to help me. I am using a Macbook Pro 4GB memory and i am having a terrible time trying to get Notebook 10 to run on my computer.
I have installed and uninstalled everything and tried again, but so far i can only get Notebook 9.7 to run.
I use Notebook 10 on the PC at our school and i use a Mac at home, i should tell you i am not the most computer literate person around, but well i did manage to install it on a PC without any problem, so i cant really understand what i am doing wrong.
The last 2 times i tried to install Notebook 10 i uninstalled everything and then ran the Notebook 10 software (stand alone) first, but it crashed, well actually it just wont complete loading.
I then uninstalled that and then reinstalled the Notebook 10 with the drivers included and same thing.
I now have everything working (i think) except i am using Notebook 9.7 instead of Notebook 10.
Please help me if you can, thank you.

What version of Mac OS are you using, and what kind of processor is within that MacBook Pro? (get this info from clicking on the apple icon > about this mac). I have a small idea what the problem might be but I'd need more information to back up my suspicions.
