mac and new smartboard 800i
I just got the new board and I am having quite a few issues with it. It seems that the problem is with the software not the board. It works fine with other applications. Some things are kind of inconvenient. For example I have to orient it every time it is connected to the computer.
Software has a few problems. I contacted Smart and they sent a quick fix that didn't fix much.
It's lagging and the table doesn't work at all. Does anybody have a new board? How is it working with your software? I will appreciate any ideas

Yes....lots of little glitches I am seeing too. I emailed SMART about a beta version of the new software, and they don't have a mac version of the beta, but they do have "the other version!"
Haven't had trouble with table, but trouble with moving images (have to click to select first, then move it). Also, dual touch is not quite working, but dual writing does.....way cool! The gestures work too.....pen, finger to select, and fist to erase. Although they don't work seamlessly....still issues for sure.
Can't wait for new software in March.
