Legacy Error When Embedding PDFs
I am working with a local university and they have some Macs that have Notebook 10.7.144 on them. When attempting to drag and drop a PDF file into Notebook or onto the Notebook icon on the desktop they get a legacy error. I am able to do this on my Mac. Any thoughts or insights? Do you think a simple uninstall and update to 10.8 will fix this? TIA!!

Try doing an insert >> Image and choosing the PDF. doing this on 10.6.268 and have had no problems.

For an error like this, there are a lot of things to consider- is this happening with all PDF files or just that one? If you are seeing it with multiple PDF files, I would consider uninstalling the software you have and installing the latest versions of the SMART Software.
If after you update the software, you're still getting the problem, let me know.
