A Revolution in Education
I have a Mac OSX 10.7.4 and just recently installed Notebook 11. I cannot locate my floating toolbar anywhere. I have clicked on Board Tools-Open-Show Floating Tools and nothing happens. In fact, what I'll call the start screen for board tools doesn't show. Did I miss something- a driver- that I need to download?
Thanks for any help,
I had a floating tool bar and "right" clicked on it to hide it. I find it distracting.
My tool bar is gone too. But I need it! I'm also having a difficult time with this new version. Each time I open it up I have to orient the board. I also am unable to use the highlighter. I had the highlighter problem before and this board helped me out. I'll check over the forum answers and try that solution again.
Love this board! Thanks for all of your help.
OK, you have to now be connected to the board in order to have the SMART Ink appear, which takes over for the floating pen and highlighter. To access the "Other Smart Tools" you have to right click on the Board Tools (for screen shade and spotlight).
So if your not connected, you won't see the SMART Ink.
Well, I tried what someone suggested to me back in November 2011 for my toolbar, but that didn't work. Any other ideas?
Reinstall the Notebook software and drivers typically fixes wierd issues for me.
