Dreaded 99.5% on flash images
I'm having an issue with certain flash images on Notebook files loading to only 99.5%. The newest version of NB 11 is running as is the newest Flash v11.3. The same file when moved to shared opens fine as another admin user, yet does the same 99.5% as a third admin user. The Macbook was reimaged and only document and desktop were brought back to the machine eliminating any issues with the library files. Anyone experience anything similar?

One fix that has worked for me with Notebook 10 and flash that might help.
1. Quit Notebook and any SMART software. Navigate to the Macromedia folder in Macintosh HD-Library-Application Support-Macromedia folder.
2. Click once on the Macromedia folder and click on file-get info
3. Select read and write access for all users
4. Click on wheel icon and apply changes to the enclosed items.
5. Now try Notebook
Other times, I have downgraded flash to an earlier version since SMART Notebook didn't support the latest flash until an updated Notebook was released. See this Adobe web page for directions on uninstalling and try installing Flash 11.2.
Of course, you could also try uninstalling SMART Notebook using the SMART Toolset for MAC and reinstalling.
