Thanks for the ideas Christine!
My principal is the greatest guy in the whole world! He fixed this problem in 2 pieces. First plugged in the USB cord as well as the video cord (duh!) and then had to fiddle with the displays to get the windows side to get it to clone the desktop to the board!

What are you using to run duel platform? Sometimes you need to unplug the smartboard and plug it back in when switching between mac and pc.

Ok, now I have Windows running XP on the partitioned side of my macbook and again I tried to attach my mac to the board with windows running. Now the board will not recognize that anything is plugged into it. I tried the connection wizard but it won't recognize that anything is connected. Anyone have any suggestions?

I would unplug the phone cord that plugs into below the pen tray and plug it back in port 1. Otherwise, I would contact Smarttech at 1.866.518.6791

Turned my computer and smartboard on this morning and the tray on the smartboard isn't working. The pens don't light up when you pick them up. They don't work, buttons don't work, and eraser doesn't work. I tried restarting... no luck. Help!

Wanted to cry today........ thought I would hook-up my macbook to the sb today, after updating nb software on a link here... now it reads that the mac is connected, (green light on) BUT had no response when I touched the board........ also have trouble partioning my hd......... arghhh
Sorry about this... anyone got any ideas?
