I've had the same problem, and so has the teacher next door to me. One fix that has worked, we have traded receivers. We unplugged and then changed receivers. I don't know what that does, but it does work sometimes. Not every time, but 95% of the time. The other one, is like what has already been mentioned, wait one day and try again. But that doesn't always work when you really, really, really need it.

I was told by SMART software support not to update my Notebook software, as it will interfere with SMART response. This was AFTER I had three teachers suddenly unable to use it. They did say they were trying to create a fix.

I had a teacher tell me that yesterday. She restarted, unplugged the Senteo receiver and couldn't get it working. Today it worked perfectly fine. Not sure of the solution or what caused the issue.

I would suggest shut everything down (Clickers and usb receiver. Wait 1 minute and then restart the computer and everything or try it on a different computer.

Anyone have a problem with the Clickers asking students to log in...over and over again...My teacher said she restarted her computer but still had problems...not sure what's going on. Any ideas?

If your blue bag has SMART response written on it, it is new enough to handle 60 clickers. If your bag has Senteo written on it...hook up the Senteo usb receiver and check that it meets these minimum requirements.

Supports up to 60 clickers with Model 1.1.3 receiver,
and up to 40 clickers with Model 1.0.19 receiver.

I am wondering if there is a limit to the number of "clickers" that can be signed in to one receiver. My district would like to use them for training purposes in a few weeks and we would like all teachers to be able to sign in to one reciever. Is that possible? Thanks!

Thanks Dodie...will give that a try!

Peggy- Check your answer key on the response page, make sure you have the answer correctly entered, without spaces as well- I know when I used them 1 1/2 was put in without spaces so it looked on the clicker like 11/2 not 1 1/2 - and we needed to make sure we didn't add spaces on the answer key as well. Good luck

I tried the decimal/fraction key but all I got was a decimal number. Do you think my response page need a fractional answer for it to work?
