A Revolution in Education
I gave my first assessment today. 43 mult choice questions given in two parts 30questions and 13questions respectively. I am worried my data is not accurate already! Data for questions with the same tag weren't merged! For example, there were 10 inference questions, and when I created and looked at my students' performance graphs, there were 10 bars, one for each inference question...but the data was the same for all 10! The same thing happened with all other tags that had more than one question with the same tag. How can I make sure my data is correct before giving another assessment? Thanks so much
Sandy

Permalink Reply by Ian Berg on September 28, 2011 at 4:22pm The SMART Response Help file says, "You can also create tag subcategories by separating the tags with a colon (:), for example, "Science:Basic" and "Science:Advanced". Try simplifying the tags to a one word subcategory and have no spaces. For example, change Literal: Facts and Details to Literal:Facts in all the applicable questions.
