WOW! You have to check this site! A BIG thank you to Wacona Elementary in Georgia! They have a nicely organized list of links that leads to LOTS of other valuable Smart Resources!

Be sure to check out this site, Oak Street Elementary. They did a great job of organizing all of their Smart Board lessons - they even have a lesson on Photosynthesis and Sol, Liq and Gas!

I just did a quick search this morning and came across this great site for K-5 Everyday Math resources! Fabulously organized! But check links first. I came across 1 that no longer worked. Click your grade level on the top banner for links specific to many lessons.

Get SMART with SMART Boards Podcast

Episode 6

Jim Hollis and Harvey Almarode bring you a scary episode of Get SMART with SMART Boards. This week Jim and Harvey share some Halloween resources for teachers to use with their SMART Board. Harvey begins by sharing is thoughts on the Living Sasquatch website. This website allows you to incorporate your webcam to bring a living Sasquatch onto your SMART Board. Jim's website recommendation is Oswego City School's interactive games which include some great Halloween themed Math games. Jim and Harvey also share some creepy Halloween Notebook files including Jim's Halloween Safety House. The podcast concludes with a challenge from Harvey to create a 3D hole in a 3D rectangle using the tools in the Notebook toolbar. Jim also shares a tip on how to incorporate sound into your Notebook files.
