I am in Virginia. It would be nice to know if anyone has broken down lessons by SOLs. I am trying to help teachers target areas for remediation based on SOL scores. With that said I understand that might be a tall order, I would like more info. on pre-made notebook lessons for middle school, Algebra, and Geometry. Thanks!

That last comment was garbled somehow. It was supposed to read: "I'm looking for fraction strips and number lines for the SMART board." Sorry about that! Thanks!

I would be careful updating or downloading any new SMART product until it has been out for 3-6 months. Typically, I download and try the latest or Math Beta on a "test" computer at my house so that it doesn't mess up my classroom or presenter notebook software.

I'm with you, Richard! Don't want to lose all the My Content files I have and am wondering what features from the Notebook Gallery and LAT 2.0 are still available? I'm definately no tech guru, but seems like there must be a better way to preview...which I would really like to do.

I uninstalled notebook 10 and downloaded the math beta. There are some neat things on there. I wanted to have it to play around with during the summer.

OK, how many have tried the Math Notebook software? After the Smart Response problems I had, I am hesitant to download. I understands it re-writes your Notebook software and you have to un-install and re-install Notebook if you don't purchase Math Notebook.

I gave the 90 question final the other day. I set up three 30 questions sets in senteo. I numbered their answer sheet 1-90 to match the test and then in parentheses I put #1-30 to match the remotes. It went well. It was just a pain to have them answer 30 questions, wait for all of them to finish before moving on to the next 30 questions and so on.
My social studies teacher had a 165 multiple choice final yesterday and I set up several sets of answers and had the kids use the remotes. I then compiled the excel sheets into one to determine their fianl grade. It was a little time consuming, but she told me I gave her back her weekend that she normally would have spent correcting the 97 exams.
