I had never thought of creating a video with the student artwork! What a great idea! I will be sure to do that!
Typically, I (or the students) chose a few of the artwork and we add them to the class website... this way, I can show the kids how to take a pic using the doc cam, and create the show... brilliant! Thanks!

we often do critiques on the smart board, I use the document camera to project their work on the board. Are you an elementary art teacher. I have many Notebook files I uses to present lessons if you would ever be interested. I would also be interested in what you have done. Can you send me a link to your website?
