SMART Board Revolution

A Revolution in Education

Hi Everyone -

We have a small Smartboard that's almost two years old. I don't have the model number handy, but it has an orange projector that extends from the top if that helps. It also has the scratchpad feature, which seems to be missing from our newer boards.

This board seems to shut down and/or freezes on the teacher primarily using it from time to time. I'm sorry I don't have many details to share here, but has anyone experience anything like this? What are some things we could try in order to trouble shoot? I'm pretty sure we're up to date with software on the computer. Is there something we need to do to the board or projector?

Thanks in advance!
