Trouble with text category sort

I'm using Notebook 10:

I inserted a preloaded text category sort from the smartboard gallery (Located in the Lesson Activity Toolkit 2.0 under Activities-Category Sort:Text). The students should be able to click and drag terms into the different categories. When I'm in full screen mode the only button that works is the 'solve' button. I cannot move the text bubbles in full screen mode. This defeats the purpose of the activity. Any suggestions?

Kerrie, do other LATOOLKIT 2.0 -->Examples--> similar activities work? Also, "just in case", please make sure you and/or your kids have chosen the Selection Tool (black arrow on middle of toolbar) before you try to run this game. Just in case! You probably have already done that!

Let me know if any others work? If they do not work, the issue is more serious. Any other suggestions folks?

Just to make sure that it wasn't the applet itself, I just tested the Category Sort - Text with an actual SMART Board, on the last 3 versions of our software. Unfortunately I wasn't able to replicate the problem.

I agree with Mark, check to make sure your touch interactivity works with the other activities, and perhaps find out what version of the SMART Notebook Software and Product Drivers you have. (This shouldn't matter if everything else works fine, but its worth looking into. Is this happening on a Windows PC or a Mac system? and just to verify, the category sort works fine when you're in the regular edit mode?

Lastly, please try doing an update on your gallery items, by clicking on the yellow wrench icon and then select "Check for Updates". if anything is highlighted in Blue, then it's saying you need to update. We recently released Lesson Activity Toolkit 2.1 (your notebook software will still list it as Lesson Activity 2.0), and that might actually fix the problem.
