Has anyone had success with this feature?? A colleague of mine ran into this message today. See attached.SMART Video Player error

Can you share what video and what video format gave that error? Videos need codecs for Video players to interpret how to play a video.
Many windows computer users install free K-lite video codecs which enable SMART video player to play just about any video. You could install the free K-lite, restart your computer and then try playing the video.
Many MAC users install free Flip4Mac and Perian.org video codecs so MACs can play many video formats.
