SMART Board notebook 11 problems
One of my teachers is missing the magic pen since she went to Notebook 11. It is there but grayed out. Any ideas of a fix?
Also, is Notebook 11 running slowly for anyone else?

Is your teacher connected to a SMART Board? Do you mean the Calligraphic pen? Because you can only see that tool when you have connectivity.
Yes, I'm finding the program launches very slowly.

Yes she is connected. It is the pen with the wand.

We had similar problems with other icons when we upgraded our network. This problem occured with the camera tool and a few others. We re-installed the SB drivers and this fixed the problems. Hope this is helpful.
