SMART Board Revolution

A Revolution in Education

I'm trying to use the SMART Install Manager to set the location of the My Content location to a network share but it isn't working, has anyone tried this?  I'm setting the location to \\servername\share\teachers\username\My Notebook Content but after I install the software using the transform with this setting I log in as a teacher and the My Content folder is set to the local hard drive.  Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Do they have a mapped drive set-up as thier home directory.  For example H:/ is thier home directory.  We have a similar set-up and in install manager I added the line H:/My Content.  Works 90% of the time, 100% of the time if the computer is a fresh reimage.  You can always check (if windows) the registry for the current user and see if that path is in under software/smart technologies inc\gallery

We also map an H drive, I thought I tried this already but I'm not sure so I'll give it a try.  Thank you for responding.
