SMART Board Revolution

A Revolution in Education

I just started experiencing the strangest thing.  I tried to use the Screen Capture tool and no matter which of the 4 camera choices I choose, I get this empty block in the middle of my image.  Any suggestions on what to do?  I use this tool constantly.  NBK-78384-69b52.galleryitem

This is a copy of the image with the white block in the way of the capture.

I've tried launching the tool from the floating toolbar and from the Notebook software.

I've tried using each of the 4 different tools and they all end up with a white block in the middle.

Thanks,

Jenn

This is an issue that I has appeared on some Mac computers after the latest patch of SMART Notebook for Apple MAc OSX is applied.  You can try uninstalling SMART Notebook and then reinstalling it without the patch: click here.

Ian, I installed the patch to take care of another issue, so I am fearful about going back.  I did figure out that if I can move the image I am capturing to the lower right side of my screen to avoid the pop up phrase "Capturing to Notebook" then I don't get the whited-out block.
