A Revolution in Education

I have gotten around this by running 10.8 in a virtual Windows XP machine. Works perfectly for me using Parallels 7 which runs nicely on its own desktop in full screen mode.
Incidentally, I seem to remember that 10.6 when it first emerged was not 10.6 (Snow Leopard) compatible. It appears that SMARTtech do not see staying in step with Apple's releases as a priority. Perhaps someone should point out that there is a developer program that releases beta's of all builds and updates way before release. Additionally, perhaps someone should point out that unlike Windows, machines are bought with the new OS on them and that backward compatibility is not guaranteed.
