A Revolution in Education
In the file below when a teacher goes into the activity builder then the arrangement on the page moves around. Is this just a fluke or is there something that she is missing.

Can you record a movie or screencast of it? You could use the SMART Video Recorder or one of these Screencasts.

Permalink Reply by Obe Hostetter on July 18, 2012 at 8:20am Thanks. The first page works great. However, the second page is what has issues. From my experimentation, it seems that when activity builder objects overlap, then it causes issues. In your case, when you select a catepillar, the box surrounding the catepillar was so large it touched other activity builder catepillar or boxes.
To fix your second page, I used the Notebook camera to take a picture of all your catepillars and when I made them into activity builder objects, the catepillars didn't move. I attached your Notebook file where I fixed your catepillars. You will have to redo all the activity builders for the catepillars and then it should work. Let me know if you have more questions.

What the teacher is experiencing is not a fluke, but rather by design. When you assign accept/reject objects to the container object, Activity Builder remembers the position(s) which those object were placed at on the Notebook page. This means that even if the object arrangements are moved around afterwards, the moment you select the container object to edit it, they will revert back to their original position when you first created them.
Hope this help clarify the problem!
