SMART Board Revolution

A Revolution in Education

I recently updated my notebook and now it asks for the product key.  Upon entering the product key, it tells me the evaluation period has ended.  There appears to be no way to bypass this. Anyone with a similar situation and hopefully, solution?

I had the same window pop up.  It is talking about the math tools.  There should be a box in the lower left hand corner that says something like do not show this again.  Click on the box and you shouldn't see it again.

We've recently upgraded to 10.7 at school and are having a different problem. Wondering if any one can help? If we download 10.7 onto a PC from the Internet we don't have any problems. However, the download is huge and with over 56 SMART boards at school this isn't a plausible solution. So one our IT technicians created an image which we pushed out across the network. However, when you install the software from an image, the icons on the tool bar to the right of the arrow (neutral) icon don't work. They are there, you just can't select them.  We've tried downloading a patch that was recommended from our wholesaler but this didn't work either. Any ideas?

Thanks for your responses! Unfortunately, my solution has yet to be found. Still looking for a way for the notebook to recognize my product key...

Just register a SMART Board serial number that is located on the bottom right corner (SB660-R2-xxxxxxxxx) to get a new product key at http://www.smarttech.com/us/Product+Registration

If that doesn't work, uninstall SMART Notebook.  When you reinstall, uncheck to install the Math Tools trial.
