Problems with my new Smartboard
I have a new Smartboard 480iV in my classroom and the computer has been changed too. Everything seems all right, but when I click on the pen icon and I start to write, the pen icon follows my writing and does not go away. It is quite annoying and the handwriting is not perfect. I don't know how to solve this problem :-(
I have also some problems when I try to write on a document out of Notebook.
Could it be related to Windows 7 which is on the new computer?

What Notebook version are you using?
Have you turned off Windows 7 single panning? This can cause issues.
