Notebook 11
I am the computer tech for a Middle School.... Up until now we basically didn't have big issues with Smartbook Notebook.. now with version 11... there is a difference. I have close to 30 Smartboards in classes...and every teacher has some sort of issue with it... One of the issue's is when you open a Notebook file from last year..(version 10) whatever you wrote is over other writing... or it's saying it's now corrupt so you can't open it! And slow .... ridiculous! All the teachers have HP laptops basically 2 years old... and everything works great!

I would contact SMART and see if they have any suggestions. Another option is to downgrade one computer to Notebook 10.8 and see if that helps since Notebook 10.8 is faster and doesn't require as much RAM memory.
