SMART Board Revolution

A Revolution in Education

When moving objects on the Smartboard, I have been having issues with
the item not resting where I place it. I have especially noticed this
when I drag an item from an infinite cloner and drop it, it scoots a few
inches to a new location. I've noticed as I drag the item that there is
a transparent film around the item that is much larger than the item
itself. I've only noticed this since upgrading to 10.6. (on a Windows
XP) It's especially frustrating when trying to place tiles side by side
to demonstrate area. The tiles do not rest where I place them. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've had the same issue with the infinite cloner. It's more annoying than anything else...

Wish I had an answer for you!

Ditto the problem. Ditto the 'sorry I can't help'. Ditto 'it is very frustrating'!
Just curious if you ever found an answer.. I teach technology integration at the University of Oklahoma and two of my students had this problem.. and you seem to be the only people talking about it..
I'm sorry to say that I have not received an answer. This is still an issue with the newest version of notebook. Hopefully, someone will address this soon.
I tried the infinite cloner the other day and things rested where I wanted but I've also had the problem where they don't so there must be some tie to why they don't rest. I haven't had time to do any test so I don't know what the uncommon factor is but it's something I want to look into what I have the time.
