A Revolution in Education
Wow! I am continually amazed by the great presentations and response to our global user group. I learn something new each time from each presenter. I love it! There is such a great core group that I see in attendance at all the meetings. The back channel chat is interesting and informative as well.
In this meeting:
Valia Reinsalu demonstrated Notebook features and uses for Autism Spectrum Disorder students. Her monthly, as long as she can attend, segment is "Special Education Focus." I'm looking forward to that each month.
Brandie Boback took us on a tour of the Lesson Activity Toolkit (LAT). Many of us know it for the flash tools. But she showed off the multi-faceted uses for the items in the LAT. You'll learn something you didn't know about from her presentation.
Charity Harbeck taught us how to create, format, and use shapes. It included practice on ordering and grouping shapes. Great refresher or tutorial for those who don't know how to do those things.
I finished with a few new features of Notebook 11, due out in the Spring.
Brandie's file is below. It had to be split into two parts due to size restrictions.
