How do you access the scroll bar while using the ink layer, without clearing the ink layer?

You don't.
Trying to use a website on my SmartBoard with Notebook Version 10.6 is driving me crazy! Even when I turn off the ink layer and then try to scroll, the ink layer pops back on .... over and over and over. What needs to be done in order to use a website without the ink layer coming on? Sometimes I want the ink layer and sometimes I don't. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you guys would use the new Transparency Layer on the update 10.6, the ink layer will not come on, and you can still access websites, scroll bars, ect the whole nine yards! The Transparency Layer on 10.6 is a life saver for those annoyed with the ink layer!

Try it!
