Help with Smartboard on a Mac
I have a problem with the Camera on my Mac computer. When I try to capture a picture it says that it is capturing the picture to a smartboard notebook page but then it doesn't show up on a page. It just disappears. Can anyone help?

Usually when you capture something in Notebook, it will appear in the Notebook file you currently have open or it will create a new notebook file behind whatever you have open on your desktop.

I'm resurrecting this thread because the same thing is happening to me. I am running Notebook version 10.8.235.0 which is supposedly the most current version on a Mac running Lion 10.7.2. The item I'm capturing looks like it's capturing but nothing happens. There is no picture hidden behind other items on my SB file nor on a new page. Is this a Lion issue or is something kattywompus?

The same thing happens to me. I'm going to try the patch for Lion. In the meantime, I use the built-in screen capture and paste it in place.
I'm VERY disappointed in SmartTech support for Mac.
