A Revolution in Education
I see from old posts lots of problems. Does anybody have a short answer for why they won't connect? It worked great last year!!!

A little more information will get the ball rolling.

Permalink Reply by Randy Tran on October 26, 2012 at 10:39am If you are using Windows, you may need to change the slate's configuration so that it is handled as an interface device.
Once you have the slate "connected" to the computer, you need to access your device listings. On Windows XP, you can do this through Bluetooth devices. On Windows 7, you can access Bluetooth Devices or Devices and Printers through the Windows Control Panel to locate the device listing for the slate. Once you find it right on it and select Properties (Or click on the properties button if there is one.)
From there, access the services and then make sure that HID Drivers is selected (its the only option there)
Once this is done, you should be able to use the slate as it should be used.
